DAVID
MASON
David earned his B.S. in Child
and Family studies from The Ohio
State University. Before
graduating from OSU, he attended
Mount Union College where he
helped the team earn their first
of many National Championships.
David was the wide receiver
coach at Ohio Dominican
University from 2005-2009. In
2010, he was the Assistant Speed
Training Coordinator. David
is a certified Flex Band®
Trainer and is a certified Speed
and Agility Specialist through
the IYCA, International Youth
Conditioning Association. It's
his goal to help you to

EDWARD R. SASS
Eddie, a certified personal
trainer has worked extensively
with youth, high school, and
collegiate athletes. He is also
a Certified Flex Band® Trainer
through Jump Stretch, Inc. Prior
to becoming a speed trainer,
Eddie worked in education for
four years in the South-Western
City School District in
Columbus, Ohio. Eddie
specializes in speed
development, football, soccer,
lacrosse, basketball, and
baseball. He looks forward to
helping you build the foundation
of a better athlete: quicker,
faster and more agile.

by Dick Hartzell, better known
